Web Ordering

With Prism WebOrder™, your customers can order their favorite dishes anytime, anywhere using a custom-branded iPhone or Android mobile ordering app. The app will feature your store’s menu and pricing as well as the functionality of our browser-based user experience. This system provides full support for customer favorite order recall, complete new order creation, customer registration, store location, mobile specials, and credit card payment. All web orders will be automatically transferred to your store’s POS system, and kitchen printers, drivers and ordering stations will be alerted.

WebOrder uses all of the same menu and location settings that are pre-programmed into your store’s POS system, and it can enforce multiple payment options. Your customers will love the convenience, and you will, too!

Enterprise Management

Powered by Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS), this Windows server-based technology can not only report multi-unit sales, but it gives you the tools to analyze, modify, and synchronize data at multiple locations. This web-centric design allows each store location to connect directly to a hosted server—no more long-distance phone charges! Broadband allows each store to upload its entire database nightly, providing critical off-site backups as well as the engine for a detailed analysis of each location.

Using web-based technology, the Storenet server, sales statistics, and storeside data can be accessed from any location. Storenet reports can be accessed from any standard web browser, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or smartphone. Reports can also be sent to your email so you can access them when you need them. Storenet Satellite creates the ability for a single “Master” menu and allows inventory to be shared by multiple locations. It also provides the tools to sort out differences in price, costs, and selection. Storenet Satellite also provides easily accessible activity logs to track each store’s history of data uploads and synchronization functions.

Storenet’s comprehensive reporting tools allow you to access reports at any store location, when and where you need them. Multi-unit sales reports are available with spreadsheet-style rows for each location and can provide full corporate or regional sales totals. Reports can also be saved in Acrobat or MS-Excel formats for local data retrieval and user customization.
