This section deals primarily with volume and employee shift reports. You may also view and print existing employee schedules.
Select a report below for a detailed description of the information it provides.
The Volume Measure section provides a bar chart view of volume-related figures based on multiple volume measures detailed below. These figures can be viewed as forecasted or actual figures, at different time intervals, for specific dates, and as a comparison between two selected volume measures.

Volume
In this section, you'll choose which volume measure that you'd like to view, or compare, for the specified date. The drop-down volume measure choices include:
Total orders
Total sales
Individual Product Codes
Individual Order Types
Based on the selected volume measure, the units along the left-hand side of the bar chart will change to reflect the appropriate unit for the selected measure.
Compare
Selecting this option will allow you to compare two separate volume measures. An identical volume measure selection list and column will appear to the right of the original volume measure column. You may also compare forecast figures against actual figures (see below). On the bar chart itself, the first volume measure selection will be represented by the blue bars, and the second volume measure selection will be represented by the red bars.
In this example, a comparison is made between the total amount of orders placed for the day and the total amount of beverages ordered.

Interval
This setting will break out the bar chart based on your selection. The time intervals along the bottom of the bar chart will change based on your selection.
Date
You may select a specific day of which the selected volume measure(s) will be displayed.
Forecast
This option provides the averaged forecast for the selected volume measure based on the number of forecast weeks specified in Scheduling Setup.
Actual
This displays the actual data for the selected volume measure for the specified date.
This option will provide an employee shift report for the selected date. This sheet reflects each Employee Job Class and the employees scheduled per that job class for the selected date. If no employees for a specific job class have been scheduled for that day, the job class will not appear on the shift sheet.
The Employee Schedule provides a report for the selected shift schedule date range. This report details each employee that is schedule to work at least one day in that schedule week, as well as the appropriate Employee Job Classes.
The Employee Availability report provides an overview of employee availability preferences based on a standard week. This report will break down the time frames that each employee specifies as Available, Unavailable, and Preferred.
