Handheld Wireless POS

Wireless Tableside Ordering

Powered by Microsoft Windows XP and standard wireless technology, this optional PrISM component keeps servers out on the floor with their customers. Efficiencies are quickly gained by eliminating the need to hand write orders and enter them back into a fixed POS station. Now Servers can quickly enter an order right at tableside and send that information to the bar or the kitchen by touch-screen or stylus. All information entered on our handheld device is processed in exactly the same way as a fixed POS station. PrISM Handheld Wireless Ordering uses standard wireless networking technology. This allows a single wireless router to host multiple handheld devices -- for larger or multi-room facilities multiple wireless access points can be implemented.
